How To Make Venison Stir Fry
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 pound of deer meat, sliced into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions

In a bowl, marinate the deer meat with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the marinated deer meat and stir fry for 4-5 minutes, or until browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Return the cooked deer meat back to the skillet and toss everything together. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the venison stir fry over cooked rice and garnish with sliced green onions.
