How To Make Bison Steak Recipe

A succulent and flavorful grilled bison steak marinated in a tangy blend of herbs and spices.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 bison steaks (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp of onion powder
  • 1 tbsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp of cumin
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to high heat.

  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Rub the spice mixture on both sides of the bison steaks and let it marinate for 10 minutes.

  4. Grill the steaks to desired doneness, about 5-6 minutes per side.

  5. Allow the steaks to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

  6. Top each steak with a pat of butter and garnish with fresh parsley.
