How To Make Fresh Strawberry Crumb Bars
These strawberry crumb bars serve as a brand new addition to any table. It’s a buttery treat jampacked with fresh strawberries for a sweeter snack.

Ingredients
- 1cupunsalted butter,diced
- 1½cupsflour
- 1cupbrown sugar,packed
- 1tspbaking powder
- ½tspsalt
- 1½cupsinstant oats
- 3cupsfresh strawberries,diced
- 1tbspcornstarch
- 1tbspbeet powder
Instructions

In a food processor, add the butter, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Pulse until the mixture is pea-sized.

Add in the oats, then crumble together with fingers.

Take half the mixture and press it into the bottom of the pan firmly.

In another bowl, add the strawberries, cornstarch, and beet powder, then mix together well.

Pour the strawberry mixture evenly onto the crust. Crumble over the remaining crust mixture, then gently press down to form an even layer.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely before cutting.
