How To Make Raspberry Syrup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine raspberries, water, and sugar.

  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves.

  3. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the mixture has thickened and the raspberries have broken down.

  4. Remove from heat and let cool.

  5. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a clean container.

  6. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
