  • 8ozbraunschweiger liver sausage
  • 8ozcream cheese,softened, 1 package
  • 1tbsponion,minced
  • 2tsplemon juice
  • 1tspworcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper,to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix braunschweiger liver sausage, cream cheese, onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

  2. Form into a ball shape. Wrap with plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
