How To Make Amazing Sun Dried Tomato Cream Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Drain the sun-dried tomatoes from the oil and chop them into small pieces.

In a medium-sized saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of the sun-dried tomato oil over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, chopped basil, and chopped parsley.
