  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 pound meat of choice (such as chicken, beef, or lamb)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Place the meat in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, making sure it is fully coated.

  3. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

  4. When ready to cook, remove the meat from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.

  5. Grill the meat over medium-high heat until cooked to your desired doneness, flipping halfway through.
