Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 4 oz sour cream
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp horseradish, prepared
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, roasted
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together in a food processor and blend well.
- Place in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
- Serve warm with assorted crackers or crusty bread and garnish with sliced spring onion.
