How To Make Hot Macadamia Dip

An easy macadamia recipe for a wonderful hot macadamia dip! All it takes is a few simple ingredients and you are sure to be left with a star of the party. A smooth and rich macadamia-based dip with a creamy combination of cream cheese and sour cream, then blended with a trio of garlic, green onions and a bit of heat from the horseradish.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 4 oz sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp horseradish, prepared
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, roasted
  • salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients together in a food processor and blend well.
  2. Place in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
  3. Serve warm with assorted crackers or crusty bread and garnish with sliced spring onion.
