Ingredients
- 5 oz carrots, grated
- 3 tbsp ginger, fresh, minced
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- 6 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1¼ tbsp miso paste
- 2 tbsp water, add more as needed
- salt and ground black pepper, to taste
To Serve:
- 3 oz cucumbers, per serving
- 3 oz apples, per serving
- 2 oz tomatoes, per serving
- 2 oz lettuce, per serving
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Add water as necessary to achieve your desired texture.
