Ingredients
- 2 cups blackberries
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 green chili, minced
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions

In a saucepan, heat some oil and sauté the onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili until golden brown.

Add the blackberries, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, cumin powder, chili flakes, and salt. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the blackberries are soft and the mixture thickens.

Remove from heat and let it cool.

Blend the chutney until smooth or leave it chunky according to your preference.
