- 1 lb. pizza dough
 - 1 cup leftover cooked lamb, thinly sliced
 - ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
 - 2 cloves minced garlic
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 
Instructions
- 
Preheat oven to 425°F.
 - 
Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface.
 - 
Spread olive oil and minced garlic over the dough.
 - 
Top with lamb slices and crumbled feta cheese.
 - 
Sprinkle fresh rosemary on top along with salt and pepper.
 - 
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crust is crispy and golden brown.
