Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 cups leftover lamb, chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until soft.

  2. Add garlic and minced ginger, cook for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.

  4. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and turmeric powder and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Add the leftover lamb, water, and salt. Mix well and cook for 15-20 minutes.

  6. Serve hot with rice or bread.
