How To Make Eggnog Cheesecake Recipe
This cheesecake recipe has the perfect blend of festive eggnog flavor and creamy cheesecake.

Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 packages (16 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup eggnog
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until blended.

Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each egg just until blended.

Stir in eggnog, vanilla and nutmeg; pour over crust.

Bake 50 minutes or until center is almost set.

Loosen cake from side of pan with knife; cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
