How To Make Eggnog Cheesecake Recipe

This cheesecake recipe has the perfect blend of festive eggnog flavor and creamy cheesecake.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 packages (16 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup eggnog
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until blended.

  4. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each egg just until blended.

  5. Stir in eggnog, vanilla and nutmeg; pour over crust.

  6. Bake 50 minutes or until center is almost set.

  7. Loosen cake from side of pan with knife; cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
