How To Make Eggnog Bread

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 30 minutes
Total: 40 minutes



For Bread:

  • 2eggs
  • cupseggnog
  • 1cupwhite sugar
  • 1tspvanilla extract
  • ½cupbutter,at room temperature
  • cupall purpose flour
  • 3⅖ozwhite chocolate pudding mix
  • 2tspbaking powder
  • ½tspsalt
  • ½tspground nutmeg

For Eggnog Glaze:

  • 1cupconfectioners sugar,sifted
  • 2tbspeggnog
  • tspground nutmeg


  1. Using the paddle attachment in a mixer, mix eggs, eggnog, sugar, vanilla and butter.

  2. In a separate bowl, sift flour, pudding mix, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Add to the mixer and blend together.

  3. Pour into greased pan(s). Bake at 350 degrees F. Mini loaves for about 30 minutes and a regular loaf pan will take about 45 to 55 minutes.

  4. Whisk together glaze ingredients and pour over the cooled eggnog bread.
