How To Make Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy.

Add in flour, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips. Mix until well combined.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into desired shapes.

Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
