Ingredients
- 1 lb. Polish sausage, sliced into rounds
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup beer
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
