  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 1 pound Polish sausage, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Slice the hoagie rolls in half and set aside.

  3. Add the sliced Polish sausage to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes until browned.

  4. Add the bell peppers and onions to the skillet and cook until tender.

  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Toast the hoagie rolls under the broiler.

  7. Assemble the sandwich by filling the hoagie roll with the sausage and pepper mixture.

  8. Serve hot.
