How To Make Polish Sausage and Cabbage Soup Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium potatoes, cubed
- 2 medium carrots, sliced
- 1/2 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 Polish sausage, sliced
Instructions

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and sauté for 3-5 minutes until onion is translucent.

Add potatoes, carrots, and cabbage to the pot and sauté for another 5 minutes until vegetables have slightly softened.

Pour in diced tomatoes and chicken broth and stir until combined.

Add sliced Polish sausage to the pot and bring the soup to a boil.

Reduce heat to medium-low and let the soup simmer for 30-40 minutes until vegetables are tender.
