How To Make Polish Sausage and Caramelized Onion Quiche
A savory and satisfying quiche made with delicious Polish sausage and caramelized onions.

Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 4 oz. Polish sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Line a pie dish with the pie crust and set aside.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sliced Polish sausage until lightly browned and remove from skillet.

In the same skillet, add butter and diced onions. Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes or until onions are caramelized.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

Add cooked sausage, caramelized onions and shredded Cheddar cheese to the bowl and mix well.

Pour mixture into the pie crust.

Bake for 50 minutes or until quiche is set and golden brown.

Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
