How To Make Polish Sausage and Noodle Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 lb. Polish sausage, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.

In a skillet, cook sausage until browned, set aside.

In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Layer noodles, sausage, and sauce in a 9×13 casserole dish.

Top with shredded cheese.

Bake for 45 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
