Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 lb. Polish sausage, sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.

  3. In a skillet, cook sausage until browned, set aside.

  4. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  5. Layer noodles, sausage, and sauce in a 9×13 casserole dish.

  6. Top with shredded cheese.

  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
