How To Make Polish Sausage and Dill Pickle Dip Recipe

A creamy, tangy dip made with zesty Polish sausage and crunchy dill pickles.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of Polish sausage, diced
  • 1 cup of chopped dill pickles
  • 8 oz of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced sausage until browned. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked sausage, chopped dill pickles, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  3. Transfer mixture to a 9×9 inch baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

  4. Garnish with chopped fresh dill and serve with crackers or vegetables for dipping.
