  • 1 can of salmon (14.75 oz), drained
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1/3 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mixed greens for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the drained salmon, diced avocados, red onion, and cilantro.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salmon mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.

  4. Serve over a bed of mixed greens.
