How To Make Honey-Glazed Pork Steak Recipe
A succulent pork steak recipe glazed with honey and herbs topped with caramelized onions.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 pork steaks, bone-in
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions

Season pork steaks with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.

Sear pork steaks for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.

Remove pork steaks from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter and add sliced onions.

Cook onions over medium heat until caramelized.

Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Stir in honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and thyme.

Return pork steaks to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, basting with the sauce.

Serve hot with the caramelized onions on top.
