Ingredients
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 lb meat of choice (beef, chicken, pork), thinly sliced
Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.

Place thinly sliced meat in a large resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over it. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours for maximum flavor.

Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over high heat. Remove meat from marinade and discard marinade. Cook the meat for about 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Serve with your favorite vegetables and rice.
