Ingredients
- 8 ounces chorizo, casing removed
- 4 large eggs
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large skillet, cook the chorizo over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook them to your desired doneness (fried or scrambled). Season with salt and pepper.

Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or in the microwave.

To assemble the wraps, divide the cooked chorizo evenly among the tortillas. Top each with a cooked egg, shredded cheese, and fresh cilantro.

Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll them up tightly.
