How To Make Drunken Berries with Cream

- 2 cups mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

In a bowl, combine the mixed berries, sugar, and vodka. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Let the berries macerate for at least 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
