How To Make Coconut & turmeric baked chicken thighs

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a bowl, mix together the shredded coconut, turmeric powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil, then coat them evenly with the coconut mixture.

Place the coated chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
