
How To Make Roasted Cabbage Steaks
These cabbage steaks are a unique way to enjoy a staple vegetable. Cabbage is seasoned and baked in the oven in this 45-minute dish.

- 1cabbage
- 2tbspolive oil
- Salt and pepper,to taste
- 1tbspbutter,melted
- parsley,or thyme, fresh

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Slice cabbage into ½-inch thick rounds. Brush each side with olive oil.

Place on a baking sheet (cut rounds in half if needed). Roast 20 to 25 minutes. Flip and roast another 15 to 20 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Broil 1 to 2 minutes if desired.
