Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced into 1-inch thick sticks
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine the carrots, minced garlic, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper. Toss until the carrots are evenly coated.

Arrange the coated carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and golden brown, stirring once halfway through.
