  • 1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced into 1-inch thick sticks
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the carrots, minced garlic, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper. Toss until the carrots are evenly coated.

  3. Arrange the coated carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and golden brown, stirring once halfway through.

  5. Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh parsley.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
