Ingredients
- 8 sweet banana peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp celery seeds
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 30-45 minutes, until mixture has thickened and peppers are soft.

Allow to cool, then store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
