How To Make Beet and Goat Cheese Tart Recipe
Savory beet and tangy goat cheese tart perfect to impress guests.

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 2 medium sized beets, peeled and thinly sliced
- 4 oz crumbled goat cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix sliced beets, garlic, thyme, and 2 tbsp olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Roll out your pie crust and transfer it to a tart pan. Trim the edges.

Brush the pie crust with beaten egg.

Spread the crumbled goat cheese over the crust.

Arrange the seasoned beet slices over the goat cheese.

Drizzle the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil over the top of the tart.

Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the beets are tender.
