How To Make Stephanie Izard’s Goat Cheese Tart

Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 small shallot, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Roll out pie crust and place in a 9 inch tart pan.

Sprinkle chopped shallot and thyme leaves on the bottom of the crust.

In a mixing bowl, beat goat cheese, cream cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Pour the mixture over the shallot and thyme in the crust.

Bake for 40 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.

Let it cool for 5 minutes and serve.
