How To Make Goat Stew

Ingredients
- 2 pounds of goat meat, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons of ginger paste
- 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons of cumin powder
- 2 teaspoons of coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups of beef or vegetable broth
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent.

Add the minced garlic and ginger paste to the pot and cook for another minute.

Add the goat meat cubes to the pot and brown them on all sides.

Stir in the turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and chili powder. Cook for a minute to toast the spices.

Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they start to break down.

Pour in the beef or vegetable broth and season with salt. Bring the stew to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pot.
