  • 3 tbsp of cornstarch

  • 1/4 tsp of salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together the almond milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt over medium heat.

  2. Cook for 8-10 minutes, whisking constantly, until the mixture thickens and coats the back of a spoon.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

  4. Pour into a bowl or individual ramekins and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
