How To Make Vegan Key Lime Pie Recipe
A zesty, creamy and refreshing dessert perfect for summer.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup of digestive biscuits, crushed
- 1/3 cup of vegan butter, melted
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil
- 1 can of coconut cream (13.5 oz)
- 1/2 cup of fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp of lime zest
- 1/2 cup of agave syrup
- 1/4 tsp of salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Mix the crushed biscuits, melted vegan butter, and 1/8 tsp of salt in a bowl.

Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool down.

In a saucepan, melt the coconut oil and add the coconut cream, lime juice, lime zest, agave syrup and the remaining salt. Whisk everything together and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

Pour the lime mixture into the cooled crust and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

Serve chilled with whipped coconut cream and extra lime zest.
