Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.

  3. Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

  4. Meanwhile, in a separate pan, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy.

  5. After the initial 8 minutes of cooking, add the cooked bacon to the air fryer basket and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and golden brown.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
