- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 cup black pudding, sliced
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.

Dip Brussels sprouts, black pudding, and apple slices into the flour mixture, coating them evenly.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Brussels sprouts, black pudding, and apple slices in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
