Ingredients

  • 1 can (160g) of tuna in olive oil, drained
  • 3 anchovy fillets
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp capers, drained
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the tuna, anchovy fillets, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and minced garlic.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add the capers and pulse a few times to incorporate.

  4. Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired.

  5. Transfer the sauce to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh parsley.

  6. Serve alongside grilled meats or vegetables.
