How To Make Cheese Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups grated cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Optional toppings: chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour until smooth.

Gradually add the milk to the saucepan, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.

Add the grated cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the saucepan. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss until well coated.

Serve the cheese spaghetti hot with optional toppings like chopped parsley or grated Parmesan cheese.
