A quick and flavorful stir-fry dish made with ground turkey, mixed vegetables, and spices.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, snow peas)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up into crumbles as it cooks.

Add the onion, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes to the pan with the turkey and cook for a few minutes until the onion is tender.

Add the mixed vegetables and continue cooking for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and honey.

Pour the soy sauce mixture over the turkey and vegetables and stir well to coat.
