Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, chopped cilantro

In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain any excess grease.
