Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups beef broth
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, diced avocados, chopped cilantro, crushed tortilla chips
Instructions

In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the ground beef. Cook until onion is translucent.

Transfer the cooked ground beef mixture to a slow cooker.

Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, black beans, kidney beans, frozen corn, taco seasoning, and beef broth to the slow cooker. Stir well to combine.

Cook on low heat for 6 hours, or on high heat for 3-4 hours.
