  • 4 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.

  2. Add mushrooms, onions, celery, carrots, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are soft.

  3. Pour in beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes.

  4. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
