How To Make Oklahoma Chili
Oklahoma chili is an all-meat, no-bean chili that’s made heartier with tomatoes. You can make this delicious dish in a little over an hour.
Ingredients
- 2lbground beef
- 24oztomato sauce
- 29ozdiced tomatoes in juice
- 1yellow onion,chopped
- 2tbspmasa
- 2tbspchili powder
- 1tbspgarlic powder
- 2tspkosher salt
- 2tspcoarse ground black pepper
- ½tspcayenne pepper
- 2tspcumin
- 1tspWorcestershire sauce
Instructions

Place the ground beef in a large pot and mix in the garlic powder.

Cook over medium heat until browned. Drain off the excess fat, and then mix in the other ingredients.

Stir together well, cover, and then reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Serve with shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onions, sour cream, Fritos and corn bread.
