How To Make Healthy Pancake Cereal
Grab a bite of this delicious pancake cereal, made with uniquely shaped mini banana pancakes, and topped with fresh and sweet fruits, for a tasty meal!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1cup1% milk,or buttermilk, or almond milk
- 1cupunbleached all purpose flour,or whole wheat flour
- 1banana,ripe
- 2large eggs
- 1tspoil
- 1tspvanilla
- 2tspbaking powder
- ¼tspsalt
- cooking spray
- 1cupmixed berries,fresh, for topping
- 1large banana,sliced
For Optional Topping:
- whipped cream
- colored sprinkles
Instructions

Add milk, flour, 1 banana, eggs, oil, vanilla, baking powder and salt to a blender, then pulse until smooth and thoroughly mixed.

Pour the pancake batter into a condiment squeeze bottle.

Heat pan to medium high heat and spray with oil.

Squeeze little small pancake dots the size of a nickel, then cook until top is dry and forms bubbles. Toss the pancakes with a spatula and cook for a few more minutes.

Occasionally toss the pancakes around to help cook more evenly until slightly browned.

Transfer to 4 bowls, then add sliced bananas, fresh berries, and favorite toppings. Serve, and enjoy!
