How To Make Marinated Venison Steaks

Ingredients
- 4 venison steaks (about 1 inch thick)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, rosemary, and black pepper.

Place venison steaks in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Make sure all steaks are coated evenly.

Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove steaks from marinade, letting excess drip off.
