Ingredients

  • 4 Venison steaks (6-8 ounces each)
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.

  3. Rub the spice mixture onto the Venison steaks.

  4. Drizzle the olive oil on both sides of the steaks.

  5. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.

  6. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
