Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Total: 15 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, Dijon mustard, black pepper, rosemary, and thyme.

  2. Place the steaks in a large resealable bag, and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

  3. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove steaks from marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Discard marinade.

  4. Grill steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.
