  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook until tender. Drain and return to the pot.

  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter then stir in the Marmite until well combined. Pour the Marmite mixture over the cooked potatoes and mash until smooth. Set aside.

  4. Place the cabbage wedges on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until tender and slightly charred.

  5. While the cabbage is roasting, heat a grill pan or skillet over high heat. Season the beef fillets with salt and pepper, then cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare or until cooked to your desired doneness.

  6. Serve the beef fillets on a bed of marmite mash, with roasted cabbage on the side.
