How To Make Cheese, Marmite & Spinach Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 2 tbsp Marmite
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.

  3. Spread a thin layer of Marmite evenly over the puff pastry.

  4. Sprinkle the chopped spinach evenly over the Marmite.

  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the spinach.

  6. Starting from one short end, tightly roll up the puff pastry into a log shape.

  7. Cut the log into 1/2-inch thick slices and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pinwheels are golden brown and crispy.

  9. Allow the pinwheels to cool slightly before serving.
